Return & Refund Policy

At Manthra, we take pride in the authenticity of our consecrated products. Since most of our items are spiritual tools (Malas, Rudraksha, Crystals) that undergo specific energy processes, our policy is as follows:

1. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You must notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the package.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with the Lab Certificate (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used for Japa or wearing.

• Items without their original tags or Lab Certificates.

• Custom-made or specially consecrated orders.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

4. Shipping for Returns

• In case of a defective product, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

• For other cases, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
